Behavior Technician
The Behavior Technician (BT®) services are direct activities related to the delivery of behavior analysis services and are designated in and required by a behavior intervention plan. The overriding goal of Autism Care Plus is to enhance the independence and quality of life of individuals, their families, and others who support them. Each client has a behavior support plan; it is the responsibility of the behavior assistant to work with caregivers and/or staff to fully implement strategies within this plan and achieve the desired outcomes.
Program Manager
Autism Care Plus. is seeking a self-motivated, quick-thinking Behavior Clinical Supervisor (BCaBA Preferred) who possesses the ability to solve problems in the moment. This person must be driven to acquire new skills in a fast-paced environment and transfer those skills to staff and families through effective hands-on training.
Clinical Supervisor
A self-motivated, quick-thinking Behavior Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) who possesses the ability to solve problems in the moment. This person must be driven to acquire new skills in a fast-paced environment and transfer those skills to staff and families through effective hands-on training. BCBA should be able to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention programs based on the child’s needs to include behavior acquisition and reduction programs using principles of ABA
