How do I get started with Action Behavior Centers?
Fill out this simple form, and we will call you to discuss your family’s needs. Next, we’ll schedule you and your child for a visit to our center. We can also schedule an ADOS-2 or other Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation (CDE), if necessary. After completing intake paperwork, you and your child will meet their Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to set therapy goals.
What is the CAST?
The Childhood Autism Spectrum Test (CAST) is a 39-item questionnaire for parents that focuses on behaviors and abilities that can indicate ASD. It can help identify children who may benefit from further evaluation and intervention.
What is applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy?
ABA therapy is a gold standard approach for helping children with autism learn and meet milestones. This evidence-based therapy method helps children reduce target behaviors through play, positive reinforcement, and other ABA techniques.
Does insurance cover ABA therapy?
Most health insurance plans cover ABA therapy, and we are proud to be in-network with the largest health insurers in our service areas. At ABC, our insurance specialists handle the details, so you don’t have to. We verify your child’s ABA therapy coverage, complete any necessary pre-authorization paperwork, and directly bill the insurance company for services.
